Need some recipes for vegetable haters in your life? Is it a daily struggle to find healthy recipes for picky eaters in your family? If so, you need these 57 vegetable recipes for people who don’t like veggies!

From flavor-packed to cleverly disguised, you’ll find some very creative and flavorful ways to cook vegetables here. Not only will your picky eater love these recipes, they might just change their mind about hating veggies!

They look lovely but I am looking for meals the don’t use so many vegetables they actually taste awful to me and the texture of some make be gag add to that there is no meat in them. Where can I find these kind of meals please? Many Ray.

In your case, I would definitely recommend puréed veggies in sauces (like pasta sauce.) Fruit Smoothies are also a great way of hiding them – we add a whole carrot to ours! Best of luck.

Thank you 🙏🏻 for this. I’ve always hated vegetables. My 1 1/2 year old hates vegetables. I’ve been trying extra hard to find ways to eat vegetables so I can get my daughter to try more and so I can set a better example. On top of that, I’m pregnant with my second, and I’m trying to find things to eat that aren’t cheese sandwiches and hot pockets (my pregnancy cravings. During my last pregnancy, vegetables made me sick – I think the result of my pre existing aversion exemplified by pregnancy symptoms). This is exactly what my family needed. Bless you.
