EASY Baked
chicken wings
with buffalo chicken gravy!
Arrange frozen wings on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and S&P, bake covered with foil at 400 F for 1 hour
Then broil the wings for 10-15 minutes at 500 F until golden & skin is crispy
Make a roux with butter, flour (or cornstarch), the chicken drippings & broth. Then add your choice of hot sauce.
Serve with rice & your choice of veggie.
