Healthy Chocolate Smoothie

A decadent, healthy chocolate smoothie filled with real food ingredients and no refined sugar.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ice
  • 1/2 can coconut milk about 7 oz.
  • 1 banana
  • 2 TBSP cacao powder
  • 1 TBSP chia seeds
  • 1 TBSP collagen powder
  • 4-5 pitted dates
  • 1 TBSP honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on HIGH until smooth.
